Eye Movement and Desensitization
Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR (Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing) is a therapy that helps the brain heal from difficult or traumatic experiences.
Instead of needing to retell the whole story in detail, EMDR uses guided eye movements or other forms of rhythmic stimulation to help the brain process and release stuck emotional responses. Over time, this reduces the intensity of distressing memories, thoughts, and feelings, and supports a greater sense of calm, clarity, and emotional balance. EMDR is offered in individual weekly sessions or as an Intensive option. Please see Psychotherapy Intensives for more information.

Services

Safe Sound Protocol (SSP)
The Safe Sound Protocol (SSP) is a gentle, music-based therapy designed to help the nervous system feel safer and more regulated.

By listening to specially filtered music, the auditory system and vagus nerve are gradually supported in shifting out of “fight-or-flight” mode and into a calmer, more connected state. Over time, this can improve emotional regulation, reduce anxiety and stress responses, and make it easier to engage socially and feel more grounded in daily life. The SSP’s subscription is not covered by insurance and is a one-time fee of $350 for 6 months of access.
You can find out more information about SSP at whatisthessp.com

Psychotherapy Intensives
Psychotherapy intensives are longer, focused sessions (typically 3–9 hours) designed to support deeper healing in a shorter period of time.
Instead of spreading work across many weeks, intensives allow us to stay with a theme or experience, gently move through layers of understanding, and create meaningful shifts at a pace that feels steady and supported. This format is especially helpful for processing trauma, patterns that feel stuck, or transitions that need clarity and grounding. The experience is intentional, collaborative, and paced with care. Psychotherapy intensives are especially supportive during transitions, periods of overwhelm, or when something feels stuck and in need of focused, compassionate attention. Each intensive is personalized, paced with care, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Intensives are not covered by insurance.
The price structure is as follows:
3-hour $900
6 hour $1800
9 hour $2700

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often called “tapping,” is a mind–body approach that helps reduce stress and emotional overwhelm
It involves gently tapping on specific acupressure points while acknowledging thoughts or feelings that are present. This process sends calming signals to the nervous system, helping the body release tension and shift out of stress responses. Many people find EFT supportive for managing anxiety, difficult emotions, and patterns that feel“stuck,” while building a sense of calm and resilience. EFT is offered in individual weekly sessions or as an Intensive option.
Please see Psychotherapy Intensives for more information.
